CUET UG 2023: The Central University of Jammu will take admissions to nine undergraduate courses through CUET.
CUET UG 2023:
The Central University of Jammu will conduct the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2023 for admission to undergraduate courses. Prospective candidates interested in securing admission to the Central University of Jammu must complete the registration process on the official website, cujammu.ac.in.
CUET:
Last year, the university received approximately 33,939 applications for UG programs after the introduction of the CUET. This year, the university is offering nine courses under CUET UG.
Popular Courses:
The university provides various popular courses such as Integrated BSc (Hons) MSc Botany, Integrated BSc (Hons) MSc Zoology, Integrated BSc (Hons) MSc Chemistry, Integrated BSc (Hons) MSc Physics, Integrated BA/BEd, BVoc (Retail Management), BVoc (Banking and Financial Services), BVoc (Tourism Management), and Integrated BSc (Hons) Economics.
Scholarship:
The university offers scholarships for PG, MPhil, and PhD students. These scholarships include the Post Matric Scholarship for UG/PG Students (NSP), Post Matric Scholarship to SC/OBC/EBC/DNT/Pahari Speaking for UT of J&K Students (Social Welfare), Post Matric Scholarship for students of Bihar, UGC NET JRF scholarship, CSIR NET JRF scholarship, Rajiv Gandhi National fellowship for SC/ST and persons with disabilities, Maulana Azad National fellowship for minority and OBC candidates, ICSSR Post Doctoral fellowship, and more.
Hostels:
Central University of Jammu provides hostel accommodation for students. Currently, there are two hostels for boys and two for girls. The rooms are furnished with basic amenities and adequate ventilation. The university also offers mess facilities for students.

Students from the university have secured placements in reputable companies such as Vedanta, Indiamart, Satguru Travels, Ease My Trip, Kent, PVR Cinemas, ViaENS, HDFC Bank, Unilever, Unacademy, Bank of America, BYJU’S, Aditya Birla Group, and more.
History:
Established on August 8, 2011, the Central University of Jammu commenced its first academic session in 2011-12 with three PG courses in English, Economics, and Applied Mathematics. The university subsequently added five more PG courses in the following year.
