Delhi University PhD admission registration process begins | Direct link to apply
The University of Delhi has initiated the registration process for PhD programs for the academic session 2023-24. Prospective applicants can find updates and detailed information on the official website. The last date to apply is August 2, 2023. For the upcoming academic year, the PhD registration portal will be opened multiple times. The registration and admission process for PhD programs will be conducted in two phases.
Official Notice:
“In phase I, only candidates who are eligible based on their qualification in UGC-NET (including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF) AYUSH-NET/DBT-JRF, ICMR-JRF, DST-INSPIRE, or equivalent national level examination/fellowship holders, and others (as per Ordinance VI, Notification: Amendments to Ordinances dated August 7, 2017, and its Amendments approved by the Executive Council in its meeting held on February 1-2, 2019) will be able to apply,” the release mentioned.
“The registration fee for the PhD program is non-refundable. It is Rs 300 per program for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, and for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates, it is Rs 750 per program,” according to the notification.
Steps to Apply for DU PhD Admissions:
- Visit the official website of Delhi University Admissions 2023.
- Click on the highlighted link tab available on the admission portal.
- Select the new login option.
- Enter all the required details as requested.
- Fill out the application form.
- Click on submit.
- Proceed to pay the necessary application fee.
- Click on submit.
- Download the application form and keep a printout for future reference.
