IIM Bangalore is the only Indian management institute to be a part of the top 50 global list in the QS MBA Rankings 2023.
The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) has once again secured the top position in India for its two-year MBA program for working professionals, the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM), according to the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Global Executive MBA Rankings 2023. In the 7th edition of the QS Executive MBA ranking, IIMB has been ranked 16th in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and 43rd globally.
Professor Rishikesha T Krishnan, Director of IIM Bangalore, expressed his satisfaction with the ranking, highlighting the institute’s commitment to providing an exceptional learning experience and fostering holistic growth among students. IIMB focuses on developing leaders who can drive positive change and make a difference in the future.
The QS Executive MBA Rankings 2023 considered a total of 199 global EMBA programs, with IIMB achieving an overall score of 63.2 out of 100 points. The rankings methodology included various performance lenses and weightings such as Career Outcomes, Diversity, Employer Reputation, Executive Profile, and Thought-Leadership. IIM Bangalore performed particularly well in the categories of Employer Reputation and Career Outcomes, achieving overall scores of 81.2 and 78.3, respectively.
