Rajasthan PTET 2024 Notification Released The official notification for Rajasthan PTET 2024 has been released, and online applications for Rajasthan PTET have started from March 6, 2024, with the deadline for applications set until May 6, 2024. The Rajasthan PTET exam will be conducted on June 9, 2024.
Notification has been issued for admissions to the 2-year B.Ed. and 4-year B. A B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. programs for the session 2024-25 in various colleges of Rajasthan. This time, Rajasthan PTET is being organized by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota. The examination is being conducted by Kota Open University for the first time. Last year, the PTET exam in Rajasthan was conducted by Guru Govind Tribal University, Banswara.
The notification for TET was released by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota on March 5, 2024. According to this, online applications for PTET can be made from March 6 to May 6, 2024, and the exam has been scheduled for June 9, 2024.

Application Fees
Candidates aspiring to apply for Rajasthan PTET will be required to pay an application fee of Rs. 500.
Eligibility
For PTET 2024 program: It is mandatory for candidates to have passed the undergraduate and postgraduate examinations from a recognized university. For graduate or postgraduate examinations, candidates belonging to the general category and economically weaker sections must have a minimum of 50% marks as per the rules of the state government, while for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes, Divyang, Widows, and Divorced Women, a minimum of 45% marks is mandatory.
For B. A-B.Ed. or B.Sc-B.Ed programs 2024: It is mandatory for candidates to have passed the 12th class from a recognized board. For candidates belonging to the general category and economically weaker sections, a minimum of 50% marks is mandatory, while for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes, Divyang, Widows, and Divorced Women, a minimum of 45% marks is mandatory.
This year, students studying in the 12th class can apply for the B. A-B.Ed. or B.Sc-B.Ed programs 2024. Similarly, students studying in the final year of graduation can also apply for PTET 2024. However, they must obtain eligibility for counseling by the last date of counseling registration. That is, by the last date of counseling, they must have obtained the eligibility scorecard.

The step-by-step process for applying online for Rajasthan PTET 2024 is as follows:
- Firstly, visit the official website of Rajasthan PTET ptetvmou2024.com.
- Then, click on the section for Rajasthan PTET 2-year program or 4-year program B.A B.Ed. or B.Sc. B.Ed.
- Click on B. A-B.Ed. or B.Sc-B.Ed 4-year program for students who have passed or are appearing in the 12th class.
- Whereas graduate or final year students should click on the section for PTET 2-year program.
- Then, click on the link for Fill Application Form.
- Next, the candidate needs to enter their and father’s name, date of birth, and select the payment option, then click on Next.
- After that, the candidate needs to upload their passport size photo, signature, and thumb impression.
- Then, the candidate needs to fill in all the required information in the application form correctly and click on Save and Proceed.
- The candidate needs to pay the application fee according to their category.
- After filling out the application form, it is important to take a printout of it and keep it safe.
