The Detailed Application Form (DAF) 1 for the Civil Services Mains examination 2023 has been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). To check and submit the form, candidates are advised to visit the official UPSC website.
The results of the CSE Prelims were declared by UPSC on June 12. Qualified candidates can access the official website to fill out the Mains form. The last date for form submission is July 19, 2023.
A notice is available on the official website instructing candidates who have cleared the Preliminary examination to reapply using the Detailed Application Form-I (DAF-I) for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023. The DAF-I can be filled out online from July 10, 2023, to July 19, 2023, until 6:00 P.M. Candidates must complete and submit the DAF-I online to be eligible for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023.
The Civil Service Mains Exam 2023 is scheduled to take place on September 15, 2023. The CSE Preliminary examination was conducted on May 18, 2023.

- Under the What’s New section on the homepage, click on the link labeled ‘DAF: 1 Civil Service Mains Exam 2023’.
- A new page will open.
- Enter the required login credentials and click submit.
- Upload the necessary documents and make the payment of the fee.
- Click submit to complete the application.
